When you think of jade you usually think of a deep emerald green (Imperial Jade). But as a matter of fact, jade comes in almost every color of the rainbow. Some of the most popular are green, white, lavender, and orange.

Yes, every product at Mandalay Jade is made from genuine Type A Burmese Jadeite. We test any peice that we will sell over $300 and provide you with a Type A certificate. Also if any of our pieces are discovered to be lower than Type A quality by a reputable labratory we will issue you a full refund.

While jade is very strong, it still can break if hit strong enough at the right angle. Here at Mandalay Jade we recommend removing your jade before any sports or exercise for this reason. If you would like to be safe remove your jade before prolonged sun exposure, swimming, and bathing. This is optional though, some people wear their jade bangles for years without removing it.

All of our bangles are currently listed on the website. We will be purchasing some more soon. When we purchase items we must drive very far and then we hand select them. We will do another trip looking for great jade soon!

The Border Consortium is a charity that helps the refugees fleeing from the civil war in Myanmar. They have been helping refugees since the 1980's providing food, water, and shelter. They also provide support inside Myanmar supporting the recovery of conflict-afflicted communities and building infrastructure. You can find their website here
